The Collaborative Patient Care approach means your medical provider will ALWAYS have the time to fully listen to and evaluate your situation. They will explain, support, and give clear medical guidance at each visit. Long Life Med’s Collaborative Patient Care approach empowers and motivates our patients to achieve their optimized health.
This is why Long Life Med’s patient roster will ALWAYS be capped at only 20% of what a typical primary care provider (PCP) sees on a daily basis.
The typical Las Vegas PCP has 2000-3000 patients in their patient roster and sees 5-10x more patients in a month than Long Life Med providers.
The typical PCP just don’t have the time to give exceptional care. PCPs may want to provide more time to their patients, but “Big Box” Health Care values profits over the health and wellness of their patients.
By keeping our patient roster low, Long Life Med provides real value for your time.

Ensuring Quality: Our Rigorous Vetting Process for Supplement and Compounding Pharmacies
In the ever-growing market of supplement and compounding pharmacies, and the extremely limited resources of the FDA, ensuring product safety and efficacy is paramount.
Unfortunately, many pharmacies fall short, with products that either fail to meet their claimed contents or contain harmful substances like heavy metals.
There is now a rash online pharmacies using loop-holes to provide unsafe products to the general public.
For example, products labeled “Research Use Only” or “For Animal Use Only” are misleading because they do not meet FDA safety standards for human use.
If you have been searching for supplements, weight loss medications and hormone therapy, your social media feed might already be full of these pharmacies, so please be careful and read the fine print. Most of the time, you get what you pay for, and you need to be extra careful in what you put into your own body.
At our selected pharmacies, we prioritize your health by adhering to stringent vetting processes, ensuring the products we use and recommend are safe, effective, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Our commitment to quality begins with a comprehensive vetting process for all our supplement and compounding pharmacies. This process includes:
Third-Party Supplement Verification:
- We utilize trusted third-party testing organizations to independently verify the contents and quality of our supplements. Our sources employ rigorous tests to ensure that the products contain the ingredients listed on their labels, in the correct amounts, and are free from harmful contaminants like heavy metals. At the same time we always try to pass practical knowledge on to you. For example, Costco consistently has very favorable supplement reviews from third-party independent evaluations.
FDA and State Licenses and Compliance:
- We thoroughly check for FDA and State licenses and ensure that our pharmacies comply with all relevant FDA regulations. This includes adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to guarantee product safety and quality.
Detailed Fine Print Review:
- Our team meticulously reviews the fine print of company websites, all product claims and labels. This helps us identify any discrepancies or misleading information, ensuring transparency and trustworthiness in our products.
Comparison to Other Pharmacies
Many other supplement and compounding pharmacies do not meet these rigorous standards. Some common issues include:
False Claims and Mislabeling:
- Numerous pharmacies have been found to make false claims about their products. Independent testing often reveals discrepancies between the labeled and actual contents, which can lead to ineffective or even harmful supplements [PubMed] [Diatribe].
Harmful Substances:
- Heavy metals and other harmful contaminants are a significant concern. Products from unverified sources can contain dangerous levels of substances like lead, mercury, and arsenic, posing serious health risks [Consumer Reports].
Misleading Research-Only Labels:
- Some compounding pharmacies label their products as For “Research Use Only (RUO)” but still sell them to the general public. This practice is not only unethical but also potentially dangerous, as these products have not been verified for safety or efficacy in consumer use [FDA].
We Clean, Disinfect and Ventilate Regularly
Aside from our very low patient panel and the much lower number of patients who will be going in to the clinic every day, which means little or no wait time for you, and also less chances for you to get an infection because most of the patients are going to be healthy patients, we also go above an beyond on our cleanliness as not only do we want to keep you from getting sick, we also don’t want to get sick.
Recent research has triggered a paradigm shift as aerosol scientists prove most remaining modern diseases such as flu, colds, RSV, MERS, measles COVID, and even strep A (scarlet fever) are primarily airborne. According to the CDC, contact with an infected surface has only 1 in 10,000 chance of causing COVID infection.
Our building already comes with regularly replaced filters and great ventilation for each room. However, we take our own health and that of our patients very seriously, so we have Clean Air Kits that have been tested to deliver much higher CADRs (Clean Air Delivery Rate) to each room.
Clean Air Kits vs HEPA filter systems
These filter kits are much more efficient than any HEPA-filter systems in the market, and much quieter too. The much-higher rated HEPA filters doesn’t do much, if they are too slow in circulating and cleaning the air. They don’t even publish their CADRs because they are very low.
Jim Rosenthal says “Filter + Fit + Flow = Effectiveness”, and it means that the safest room is the one that has removed the dangerous particles the fastest. High fan flows hasten multiple passes to drop contaminant concentrations in the room faster than tiny flow 99.97% per pass HEPAs.
Each Luggable 20x25x1 comes with with 7 CoolerMaster Sickleflow fans, a MPR 2500 Filtrete Merv13 filter plus an activated carbon pre-filter on each side, and delivers a CADR of 302.1 ±5.07 cfm.
The “Filtrete MPR 2500 Premium Allergen & Ultrafine Particles Air Filters” filter will help pull and capture countless microparticles – such as pet dander, smoke, bacteria and up to 90% of virus airborne particles, while also capturing large particles, including lint, pollen and household dust.
Sizing
We even oversized for our clinic, so the air will clean 4x faster than needed. This is just another example of how we take your health seriously.
UV light and ozone sanitization are powerful tools in the fight against pathogens. Their effectiveness, chemical-free nature, and ability to penetrate hard-to-reach areas make them invaluable for ensuring clean and safe environments.
That is why at Long Life Med, we use this technology to sanitize after hours, and by the time we come back in the morning, everything in the clinic is clean down to the microscopic level. The Clean Air Kits also gets rid of the lingering smell of the ozone afterwards.
UV Light Sanitization
Ultraviolet (UV) light, particularly UV-C, has been widely recognized for its germicidal properties. UV-C light, with wavelengths between 200-280 nanometers, can destroy the DNA and RNA of microorganisms, rendering them inactive and unable to reproduce.
Advantages:
- Effectiveness: UV-C light is highly effective in killing bacteria, viruses, and fungi. Studies have shown that it can inactivate up to 99.9% of pathogens, including coronaviruses .
- Chemical-Free: Unlike traditional disinfectants, UV-C light does not leave any chemical residues, making it safe for use in food processing areas and medical facilities .
- Quick Action: UV-C light works rapidly, often requiring only a few seconds to a few minutes to achieve significant disinfection, making it ideal for high-traffic areas .
Ozone Sanitization
Ozone (O₃) is a powerful oxidizing agent capable of breaking down and destroying organic molecules, including those in bacteria and viruses. When used for sanitization, ozone is generated and dispersed in the air or dissolved in water to target contaminants.
Advantages:
- Broad-Spectrum Efficacy: Ozone is effective against a wide range of microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, and mold spores. Its ability to oxidize and destroy cell walls and viral envelopes makes it a potent disinfectant .
- Reach and Penetration: Ozone gas can reach and penetrate areas that are difficult to sanitize using liquid disinfectants, such as cracks, crevices, and fabrics, ensuring comprehensive disinfection .
- Deodorizing Properties: In addition to its sanitizing abilities, ozone effectively eliminates odors by breaking down the molecules responsible for bad smells, providing dual benefits in environments like hospitals and food industries .
