No. We do not accept insurance payments for our memberships or out-of-pocket expenses.
However, health insurance can cover some diagnostic orders — lab orders (blood/urine) or imaging (X-rays, CT, ultrasounds). We provide more than standard labs as part of the membership, but if you need a unique lab or diagnostic imaging, Long Life Med passes along the facility discount (wholesale savings) to you.
If you’re willing to handle the insurance paperwork, we can review the reimbursement process — though as an out-of-network provider we can’t guarantee approval. Most annual labs are covered by your monthly membership (including specialized labs most insurance doesn’t cover). Your provider will always discuss any cost up front — transparent pricing, no surprises.
If you prefer to use insurance for a lab or imaging, you’ll need to get approval beforehand at standard price (our low prices won’t apply, not even retroactively). For people who don’t want to play the insurance game, DPC is the path.
