BHRT for Women: $300/month, $900/quarter, $1,500/6 months, or $3,000/year (annual prepay saves $700). Pricing starts at up to 2 hormones, and estrogen is typically covered by insurance. Compounded creams may incur additional costs.
Each plan covers all doses for your prescribed hormone(s), supplies, initial labs, and follow-up labs every 6–8 weeks until stable, then every 3–6 months thereafter, plus weekly provider support, full body composition analysis, and 2 medical-grade red light therapy sessions per month.
BHRT prescribing, monitoring, and coaching is also included with the Preferred and Executive DPC plans if you prefer to pay separately for medications and additional testing.
