Most visits can be scheduled the SAME DAY or NEXT DAY for members. For urgent care needs, we can often squeeze you in between other patient visits.
We don’t overbook. The patient roster is capped at 300 — compared with 3,000–6,000 at typical practices — so there’s no waiting time unless we’ve squeezed in an urgent care patient during our usual buffer time.
