There is a one-time $100 registration fee, waived for memberships prepaid for at least 3 months. This mostly covers your initial labs — the first visit is still free.
When you enroll, we ask that you commit for a minimum of 3 months. If you decide to cancel or move out of town, please notify us at least 30 days in advance so we cancel your next bill.
There are no refunds for memberships already paid for and used. Exceptions: a deployment or out-of-town move, in which case we refund the remaining unused months (consumed months are billed at the monthly rate).
