Orientation (pre-admission): we prepare you on the way to the hospital — what to expect, what to bring, and what to tell triage staff and doctors to be seen quickly and treated correctly.
Debrief (post-rounds/discharge): after the hospital doctors do their rounds or you’re discharged, we review everything with you — explain test results, clarify the plan of care, and make sure you understand next steps.
