Pre-Registration signals your interest in a membership and gives you a price estimate based on the number of people, services, and billing cycle you select. It does NOT guarantee enrollment — this is a two-way relationship and an initial visit is required to see if we’re a good fit.
You are not charged anything for pre-enrolling, but it gets you into our EMR ready for your first visit, and locks in your discounts and promotions at the time of Pre-Registration. If our patient panel is full, you join the waitlist and get notified when open enrollment returns.
Registered means you have completed all of the registration survey and ideally already scheduled your initial consultation. Enrolled means you’ve had your first visit, both sides have agreed it’s a good fit, you’ve selected a membership, completed new client medical histories, and paid for a membership.
