Biography

David started his career as an Organizational Psychologist, but he found his true calling in medicine while volunteering at a women’s shelter in Pasadena, CA. During this time, David found a “visceral level of enjoyment” in having a tangible and direct impact on the lives of others. This prompted him to change to a career path that ensured he would have a positive and direct impact on the lives of others. Shortly afterward, he enrolled in nursing school to become a registered nurse.

Driven by a relentless passion for uncovering the root causes of health conditions to better serve his patients, aside from studying to be a Nurse Practitioner, David keeps pursuing advanced clinical training and certifications across various medical specialties, including Men’s and Women’s Health, Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy, Weight Management, Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, and Addiction Medicine (while he was an NP at the Las Vegas Jail).

David always goes above and beyond for his patients, regularly getting good feedback and awards, even when he was still a nurse. In 2019, he was honored by the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce with the Customer Service Excellence Award.

Very personable healthcare, based on traditional western medicine approach, yet complemented with alternative therapies, particularly NIR red light therapy. Their prices are more than reasonable and you get a FULL evaluation of your health, as opposed to the typical maximum 15 min with a regular Primary Care Provider (PCP). David (NP with background in other aspects of healthcare) takes all the time in the world to explain the disease process and then how his recommended treatments will work and the different alternatives (if there is more than one) and the pros and cons of each one. Kezia, is a force of nature and makes everything so simple as far as paperwork, labs, exams and everything related to paperwork, in an era where more and more specialists offices in So. NV have the insulting ad or warning stamped all over their offices: “we do not fill out FMLA forms”, “we do not process Prior Authorizations, if your medication is not covered call your plan and ask what is covered and the provider will change the medication”, when in reality they have the moral and ethical obligation to process said Prior Auths, and FMLA and any paperwork, because their specialist is the one treating the condition in the first place and is mor aware of every detail of it !! How can they expect one’s PCP to fill out those forms if usually one got to their practice referred by the PCP in the first place !! Worry no more: Long Life Med will take care of you and all your medical needs. And no dealing with hyper overpriced health insurance plans.

Long Life Med lives up to its name, with services that would help you live longer and healthier. I love the whole body red light therapy, and I am also doing the testosterone therapy. David takes the time to listen to me, checks on me regularly including lab draws, and also explains everything to me. David is very passionate about helping people and so is Kezia who is always happy to help. I got injections for my knee when I needed it, and Kezia even got me scheduled for an MRI the same day too.
