Functional Medicine (DPC) with Urgent Care - Initial Consult
This is a FREE INITIAL consultation for the Functional Medicine (DPC) with Urgent Care, or those who want to go to the root causes of their medical issues or want more natural supplements instead of western medicine or those who just need more care.

Functional Medicine Initial (non-member) visit - $250 up to 2 hours
This is an Initial (one-time visit) for the Functional Medicine, which could be up to
2 hours.
Lab draws and other tests or medications & supplements are not included and will be an extra charge. Radiology are always ordered and referred to 3rd party imaging centers, although we can do an EKG in the clinic.

Depending on the complexity of the case, and if this includes a lab or imaging review, this might not be enough time to explain everything and answer all your questions, so and you might need to book for the longer visit or be charged extra later (if there is time, but it is best to book ahead the longer time slot to be sure that there are no patients scheduled after yours).

Urgent Care (one-time visit) - starts at $150
If you are a member, this is not for you as this will charge you. Please select the Urgent Care link towards the bottom instead, or call/text 702-359-4510.
This is one-time visit and starts at $150 for basic visits, and can be up to $500 if we need to do a test (blood, urine, stool, swab, etc) or provide other services like IV, Ultrasound, or other medications. The initial charge is $150 when you check out using this link.
Although we can do EKG in the clinic, we do not do any radiology and other imaging in this clinic, and those are all done at a 3rd party location, so if you would need imaging, you would be sent out with an order (and we will help with scheduling you on the same day or next day) and you will have to come back for a follow-up).

Women's Health - Initial Consultation
This is a FREE Initial Consult for those prospective members who are interested in Women's Health or Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy (BHRT) for Menopause or Perimenopause Support, and Sexual Health.

Also note, that we don't just prescribe medications to everyone and we are not a regular pharmacy. We require recent bloodwork for medical clearance, but you could also get that done in the clinic at our wholesale pricing for labs. We also do a lot of coaching so you can do it right and be able to keep off the weight even after you quit the meds, that is why it is called "Weight Loss Management".

School Sports Physical - (14yo & above) - $35 promo
This is for School Sports Physical for teenagers and young adults 14 years old and above.
There is no waiting in the clinic, and you will be in and out, so please fill out the patient's part in the School Physical forms before you even come to the clinic. Otherwise, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Only applicable for a follow-up or other more detailed discussions with your Provider that can't be done over text messaging or email. This can be a call by phone or video call.
Any sickness that requires in-person testing and a physical exam needs to be booked with either an Urgent Care or Clinical Visit IN CLINIC. If you are not sure, please text or email your Provider so you don't have to leave the house (and bed) if you don't need to.

Only applicable for a follow-up or other more detailed discussions with your Provider that can't be done over text messaging or email. This can be a call by phone or video call.

If you are sick or injured, and need seen by your Provider sooner, please book either a TeleHealth visit or an Urgent Care visit. You can also text or call your Provider if you are not sure.
House Call - 30 mins
If you don't have the privilege on your membership, YOU WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA FOR THIS, so please book another type of visit instead.
If you are a Executive DPC member with unlimited Office or House Call visits, or a Preferred DPC member who hasn't used up their quarterly free House Call yet, you can go ahead and book this visit.
Extra charges will apply for visits in excess of membership benefits, and for addresses outside the 7-mile radius of the clinic.
Please be detailed on what you plan to discuss or need to do with the Provider when you are booking this appointment, so we can be sure that we have enough time for the appointment, and so that the Provider can bring everything he will need for the house visit.
House Call - 60 mins
