Allergic reactions to the topical serum or prescribed medications.
Erythema (redness) in the treatment area, which typically resolves in minutes to hours.
Bruising, especially if you’ve recently taken aspirin or blood thinners.
Blood clots in veins and lungs — rare but possible.
